Yes, by default we offer a 120-day warranty on all our products. We stand by our superior quality. If for any reason your moon lamp stops functioning due to normal use, we will send you a replacement at no cost. That's our guarantee.

All orders are trackable & shipped within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using Express Shipping, Auspost, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service.

Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 14 business days (depending on your destination country) however, you may receive your items much earlier. During the Holidays or busy periods, shipping is extended by 10 business days.

Note that we cannot be held responsible of any delay due to your country's customs. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is delivered to your local courier.

Cancelations must be done prior to your order being processed. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to look into this for you.

After your order is processed. You will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order. Our team will then confirm your details and begin dispatching your order within 24-48 hours.
